Who we are
WOGU ("We Only Going Up") is a small group of independent content creators. This site is run by the crew. It is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by YouTube, Twitch, or any other platform.
Using the site
The public pages are free to browse and no account is needed. Please use the site normally: do not try to break into any part of it, scrape it in bulk, overload it, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful. We can block access if you do.
If you are under 13, please do not send us messages or create an account.
Our content
Videos, streams, artwork, logos, and written content on this site belong to WOGU and its members unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to it and share it. You may not re-upload or sell it as your own, and you may not use the WOGU name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Videos and streams shown here are hosted by YouTube and Twitch and are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Twitch's Terms of Service.
Messages you send us
When you write to us through the contact form, you are telling us it is fine to reply to the email address you gave. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or anything confidential through it. Ideas you send us unprompted are not confidential, and we are not obliged to use them or to pay for them.
Crew area
The private area of this site is invite-only and is for WOGU members. Members keep their login private, connect only accounts they own, and follow the terms of the platforms they connect. A WOGU admin can remove access at any time.
Merch and purchases
If merch or anything else is ever sold through this site, the terms of that sale — price, shipping, returns — will be shown before you pay and will apply alongside these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". Numbers shown here come from third-party platforms and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Schedules change without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, WOGU and its members are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on anything shown here.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
